  • 1. Become a member

    As a first step, you'll need to become a member of the nlCOLLECTiVE! From there on, we'll do a short intake to get to know each other and learn about your wishes/needs. Based on that we'll notify our members about new investment opportunities.

  • 2. Sourcing

    As an ongoing schedule we are here (🇪🇸) with boots on the ground to source new investment opportunities every day, every minute, every second. With your wishes in our database, we can offer fitting investments like a bespoke suit made just for you! 

  • 3. Buy

    When there is a opportunity of your liking, you can let us know and we'll reserve the property for you. From there on we'll arrange all paperwork and hassle of the Spanish bureaucracy. You can rest and make sure the money is secured. 

  • 4. Reform & Rent

    When we have signed with the notary for you, you are the owner of a new property. Often that means that it needs a reform or update. We'll do that for you, as we have a perfect insight in what our tenants are looking for! 


    After finishing the reform (even in the meantime of it) we'll line up the tenants and make sure to match the best tenants with your property to maximize ROI with the right warranties. 


    In the end; you'll have a signed rental agreement, happy tenant living in your property and most importantly a passive income from the rents paid each month! 

  • 6. Service

    But? Who is arranging all that maintanance and questions from the tenants? 


    Us, we will do that for you. We know where we are, we have our service people available and no tenant will call you on Sunday about a broken light-bulb.
